Terms and Conditions

By placing and approving your order with us, you agree to the following: • When we provide a Quote for your request, we will honor it for 30 days from its creation in our system. After this 30 days passes, we may have to make adjustments to the Quote if it is revisited in the future. • When providing artwork to us for use in your project, you must have the legal right to use and reproduce the artwork in question. Placing your order with us implies that you have any and all applicable licenses to the artwork you've ordered, and we reserve the right to request the proving documentation, as well as to refuse printing in the event that documentation cannot be provided. You also agree to take on the sole legal responsibility in the event that we inadvertently print art you provide to us that is owned by another and that you do not have the license to use, and as a result, we at Reprographic Arts, Inc. will not be held legally liable. • Payment of the total amount due is owed in full upon pickup or shipment of the completed order, unless otherwise specified in the Invoice's terms. For very large orders, we may ask for a 50% down-payment upon Quote & Art Approval to help us cover the costs of materials. We'll contact you at that point if it is necessary for your order. • Creating custom artwork can be quick and easy or time consuming and expensive, based on your needs. Because of this, design fees in our quotes are estimates until the artwork is completed and everything is approved. We are usually able to offer a revision or two as part of this fee, but repeated revision requests, or complex revisions, may incur additional fees, as necessary. • Once your Quote & Art are both approved, we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to honor any requests for changes: please be aware that you'll be responsible for the amount due for the order as approved in the event that we're unable to alter things while in the production phases. • Most of our printing processes are Pantone capable, and we are generally able to honor specific brand colors. That said, slight variation may occur. We do not offer exact color-matching services, and cannot guarantee exact color reproduction. Also, please be aware that different types of digital screens (smart phones, computers, tablets, etc.) display colors in different ways, and because of this, the color reproduction of the digital mockups in your Invoice may vary based on where and how you're viewing them. Finally, apparel colors in mockups are estimates of the actual physical colors, and as such, we cannot guarantee that the colors of the physical apparel received will match the apparent colors for the apparel as shown in the digital mockups. If the specificity of the colors for your project are critical, please tell us at the beginning of your order and our Design Department will work with you to ensure you receive exactly what you need. • All claims of unsatisfactory products will be considered within 3 business days of receiving the products in question. If the products are returned for inspection and possible reprinting, all product must be shipped or returned to us within 10 business days of unsatisfactory claims. Upon inspection, we will reprint the order if any discrepancies are found between the approved and finalized layout and invoice, and the finished product. If we deem the product satisfactory within the approved and finalized layout and invoice, you agree that we will not be liable for any delivery or shipping costs incurred, and you will not be entitled to any reprinting or refund. • Installation projects are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. If the project is for a vehicle, we may ask you to bring the vehicle that's receiving the installation to our location during our shop's business hours for measurement and inspection; this does not incur additional fees. For on-site signage or similar projects, we may need to send our installer to your location for measurement and inspection. An on-site consultation fee will apply for this service, which is in addition to the cost of the installation itself. Also, please be aware that the Installation service fee is an estimate until the installation is complete, and this cost may change slightly from the initial Quote, depending on final details of the completed Installation.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped daily Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
